Recovery After Transfer (RAFT) from Hospital to Long-Term Acute Care Hospital for COVID-19
This is a multisite study led by University of California San Francisco in which Gaylord Hospital is a major contributor. Partnering with NALTH, RAFT is conducting a series of observational studies to examine the clinical course of older adults with SARS-Cov-2 (COVID-19) using federally-mandated patient assessment data on LTACH admission and discharge (inpatients), augmented with interviews 6 and 12 months after hospital admissionProject Type: Research
