More than 85 percent of Gaylord Specialty Healthcare employees agreed with the statement that Gaylord is “a great place to work” as compared to the national benchmark of 57 percent of employees across U.S.-based companies.
The nonprofit rehabilitation-focused healthcare organization was also lauded for its commitment to community engagement. More than 93 percent of surveyed employees agreed with the statement, “I feel good about the ways we contribute to the community” and more than 91 percent agreed with the statement, “I’m proud to tell others I work here.”
